Information for all supporters.
So as to ensure that all supporters have a positive matchday experience we have provided the following information.
- Mobile ticketing– Please don’t forget to charge your phone before you leave for the American Express Stadium and download your tickets to your phone’s wallet.
- Please have you pass ready before you get to the turnstiles.
- The tickets appear at the bottom of the Apple Wallet or on the Passes tab of Google Pay. You will be prompted to do this when you open Google Pay. If your phone dos does not have NFC, please tap the “Show Code” option. check that you have your ticket loaded, and ready to scan prior to getting to the turnstiles.
- Bag size. Bags larger than A4 (297mm X 210mm) will not be allowed into the stadium. There is a bag drop kiosk on the south side of the stadium, with a charge of £5, which goes to charity.
- Safeguarding. The Club takes Safeguarding of all fans attending the American Express Stadium seriously and encourages any concerns or worries about young people or adults at risk to be reported to the nearest steward where our matchday team can respond appropriately.
- Bottle and bottle tops– no bottles are allowed into the stadium over 500ml, and those under 500ml must have the tops removed.
- Fan Conduct. We are all working hard to keep football a safe, inclusive place for everyone to enjoy. Therefore, if you witness any discriminatory or abusive behaviour, please inform a steward, or contact our anti-social behaviour line via text or WhatsApp on 07880 196442.
- Ground Regulations. Drinking alcohol in view of the pitch, entering the field of play and being in possession of pyrotechnics are all contrary to The Ground Regulations 2023/24, and could in certain circumstances be contrary to criminal legislation.
- Travel. Make sure you give yourself plenty of additional time to get to and from the Amex Stadium.

Due to the overtime ban, there could be short notice cancellations/alterations.
Brighton & Hove Buses will be operating a normal midweek service.
With limited spaces available in car parks B (Bridge) and F (Coach park), we advise you book as soon as possible via our website. All parking must be booked in advance.
Please note: No local street parking is available for football supporters, as all areas close to The Amex have a residents parking scheme in operation, and enforcement officers will be on patrol.
